At LOVEVOOK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion accessories, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached, and pack them securely in the original LOVEVOOK packaging.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
